FEATURED TITLE
Hypnotizing Maria
Richard BachFrom the author of "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" comes this similar, albeit brief, novel. It centers around flight instructor Jamie Forbes who helps to guide an airplane to a safe landing after the pilot loses consciousness. When interviewed by reporters, the spouse of the pilot, Maria, claims to have been hypnotized into landing the plane. Forbes then meets a stranger who seems to be "steering" him into seeing his life in a different light. Perhaps Jamie's life never will be the same again.
