How to get a library card

Application for a library card with the Muskingum County Library System may be completed in person at any of the 6 public libraries in Muskingum County or online. Identification with a current address (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) is required to verify your address. A parent or guardian must sign for customers 13 years of age or younger. The signature or a parent or legal guardian is required for library card holders under 18 years of age who wish to borrow video cassettes and/DVDs with their library card and/or use an OPLIN/Internet workstation. The signature of a parent or legal guardian affirms that they accept responsibility for all fines, damages, and/or loss of borrowed materials on the library card.
